KMR LIVESTOCK EUROPE


KMR Livestock Europe founded by Mehmet Ali KUMRU and Tarık KUMRU in Tallinn in 2010. Mehmet Ali Kumru was a veterinarian with 30 years of experience in livestock trading and farming in different countries. He died on 06.01.2020. All upcoming new years will be dedicated to his name and memory.

In 2011 KMR bought Sikeldi Farm in Raplamaa, Estonia.

In 2012 the farm was activated and a full pedigree limousin herd was imported from France in April 2013.

In 2014 KMR bought Valeki Farm in Raplamaa, Estonia, it was renovated as a collection centre for export animals.

In 2016 KMR builded new modern farm at Ankara, Turkey for trading. In 2017 KMR started to grow its own livestock transport spedition.

Mehmet Ali Kumru had 3 sons, Kmr Livestock Europe and Kumrular Food are led by them. Ahmet Kumru and Hakan Kumru are in charge of the Kumrular company in Turkey, export markets, animal identification, cattle trade and import of animals to Turkey.

Tarık Kumru is his youngest son, he leads trade, farming and export organisations in Estonia and other EU countries .

At the moment in both companies a total of more than 20 skilled employees are working.

The main goal of Kmr Livestock Europe is trade with different countries, import and export between different states as well as developing our own farms, export centres and livestock spedition.

With this mission, we have exported more than 50 000 high quality live cattle to 10 different countries for breeding, fattening and slaughtering. We have established great cooperation with hundreds of breeding farms, breeding organisations and traders in different countries.
